Read Aloud to Your Child 

  • Reading aloud shows children that reading is enjoyable, not a boring task. 
  • Hearing you enjoy the story makes it more fun for them. 
  • It’s a good time to check if they understand the story. 
  • You can show them how to use expression in your voice when reading. 
  • They can listen to stories that might be too hard for them to read by themselves. 

Family Reading Time
