The Children’s Literacy Charity is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Director of Funding Development to lead our fundraising and attract significant new funding to scale our delivery.
This is a newly created senior leadership role, reporting directly to our CEO.
The right candidate will have a strong track record of securing transformational funding; senior experience across multiple fundraising streams and the ambition, resilience and collaborative approach to thrive in a growing tuition charity. Experience of the sector is helpful but what matters is your ability to identify opportunities, build influential relationships and turn prospects into long term funding partners.
An interest in education, literacy and equality of opportunity is highly desirable, as is an existing network of high-level funder contacts.
London SE1 | Hybrid, up to 2 days remote per week
3 or 4 days per week
£50,000–£55,000 FTE, depending on experience
