Literacy Intervention Tutors (London NW10 and SW10)
We are looking for a Literacy Tutor to work in a school in NW10 (Brent) and another to work in a school in SW10 (Chelsea). Ideally with experience in a primary school setting, you will be tutoring primary aged pupils on a one-to-one or one-to three basis on their phonics and literacy skills using our own multisensory programme, building up supportive and encouraging relationships with pupils and helping them to reach their potential.
The role is 2 days per week, term time only for a 10 week term starting in September 2024. Pay rate £100-£110 per day depending one experience. Please see the job description and person specification link below for more information.
Specialist Literacy Tutor (Herne Hill, London)
We are looking for a skilled tutor to deliver a multi-sensory, fun and stimulating literacy programme to secondary aged pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties, developing personalised learning plans to support pupil targets.
With experience of teaching or tutoring in a primary or secondary school setting, you will liaise with educational staff and the school SENco, using a formative assessment tool to monitor and review pupil progress and build a supportive and encouraging relationship with pupils, helping them reach their potential.
You will tutor pupils on a one-to-one or one-to-three basis in a school based in Herne Hill, London for 2 days per week, term time only for the next academic year (September 2024 -July 2025 FTC).
